How it works:
Join our online sessions held on Zoom from the comfort of your own home. The session begins with a brief welcome and then I will then gently guide you through a themed hypnosis experience. Think of it as a calming yet empowering journey inward, designed to enrich you with energy, optimism, and vitality – like a brief, restorative nap for your mind.
There's no pressure to participate verbally or interact with others; simply relax and experience it in any way that feels right for you. There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Sessions are scheduled for one hour, allowing ample time for the guided experience and a gentle transition afterward.
You can feel confident joining these sessions knowing I have guided many individuals in making significant and profound changes in their lives through one-on-one hypnosis. While each person is unique, there are many shared human experiences and needs when it comes to well-being and self-care. The themes for these group sessions are carefully selected based on common threads and powerful areas of focus that I've found most impactful in my work helping clients care for themselves.
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
